Thank God

I was looking around to thank God for what he has given me and I couldn't find the place. I just wanted to shout out loud that I am really thankful and don't know how to thank you God.

I also wish the best for every human being on this planet.

Aggresive Behavior

Zeytoon is showing aggression toward Yashm biting her hands every now and then.

I try to stop him whenever I am around and send him an alert by tapping on his nose :). The only reaction I get is him looking at me saying: "You think I am going to stop!!!! No you fool". Then he continues chasing.

News: The turtle dock my aunt bought from Petco arrived two days ago. Can't wait to clean the tank and reconfigure it on Friday.

At least somebody is caring!

"Michael Musnick is a citizen scientist who studies wood turtles in the Great Swamp -- a stretch of wetland about 60 miles north of New York City. He found turtles dying in the railroad tracks and proposed a solution to New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority: tiny turtle bridges."

I have created this weblog so long ago that I cannot remember when. Since then I haven't found a topic to write about.

Seven months ago on my birthday I was given the most amazing birthday gift ever by my brother. Two lovely water turtles.

Since then they have become a part of our life. Their are named Zeytoon (olive) and Yashm (jasper) by my mom according to their shell colors.

I think I will change the name of my blog from "What came to my mind" to "What have I learned from my experiences ...".

First Tip
Never hesitate to do anything when it is time to do so!

Second Tip
Don't make the same mistake twice. (Well I don't know why do I make some mistakes even more than twice)

Third Tip
Find out who reads your blog!!!

Fourth Tip
Don't take everything too serious and try to simplify things. Don't make everything seem huge and complicated in your mind! If so you can't face things when they came up.

Fifth Tip
Give everything as much time as they need. Investigating a lot of time on unimportant things make you loose track of more important issues.

So Upsetting

I got an e-mail from a friend who wished me a happy new year (Norooz). The e-mail had an attachment (a power point presentation). There was a shocking picture in it that made me ashamed of human beings (I am not going to update the picture on my blog because some people that I have already been shown the picture couldn't handle the scene). On the other hand I got ashamed of myself because I should have seen and known about the picture years ago. I am not going to talk about the picture cause I don't know really what to say. Here you can read about the photographer Kevin Carter who commit suicide a year later because of depression.

Organisations and the same Confusion and Uncertainty that Alice had in Wonderland!

I am working on a book about "Performance Measurement Systems". As I was reviewing some articles I came across an article by Professor "Andy Neely" and "Chris Adams" on "The Performance Prism". At the beginning of the article there is a comparision between the confusion and uncertainty that organisations have when it comes to performance and the same uncertainty that Alice had in Wonderland.
